The Eden family is Objet's Professional range of 3D printers. They take the convenience of the Desktop family, but are capable of printing in a wider range of materials and at an even greater resolution.
Edens are designed with accuracy and quality in mind. With print layers at an incredible 16 microns in a choice of 10 different materials, the Eden range produces extremely high quality rapid prototypes at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods.
With such capabilities, your product development will reach new levels of sophistication. Form, fit and functional testing can be made after every design iteration. Because the Eden is small enough to be used within an office environment, 3D CAD designers will have the ability to test their designs more often, more easily and at a far lower cost than traditional rapid prototyping methods.
The wide choice of materials available means that plastic, transparent and rubber-like prototypes can all be printed.
The Objet Eden is the ultimate in high-quality office-based 3D printing. The printers themselves have a small footprint and, thanks to the convenient sealed cartridges for print materials, they are clean to operate. Furthermore, no post-curing is necessary - models can simply be cleaned with water and are then ready for testing.

- There is a choice of 10 different materials to print from, with a variety of colours and physical characteristics.
- 16 micron print layers in high quality mode (or 30 micron layers in high-speed mode) mean highly realistic prototypes can be printed.
- Typical accuracy of 0.1–0.3 mm means that your prototypes will be extremely realistic and suitable for quality testing.
- The V-variants of the Eden family (350V and 500V) can hold 4 cartridges, meaning that they can print double the amount of prototypes in one session.
- No need for post-print curing or the use of hazardous materials for cleaning – printed parts are simply jetted clean with water.
